Real inbox, read by a person, usually answered within a couple of days.
What to write about
Sending in a joke — do not email it, use the Send Us a Joke form instead. It puts the joke straight into the queue with its topic attached, which means it actually gets processed rather than sitting in an inbox.
A joke that should not be here. If something on the site is not as clean as I thought, or it punches down, or it is somebody’s original material that got swept into the starter set by mistake — tell me which page and it comes down. No argument, no form.
Taking your joke back. If you sent one in and want it removed, or want your name off it, say which one. Done same day where possible.
A topic that is missing. There are 34 and there could be more. If you have a category with real jokes in it, that is a useful email.
Anything else — corrections, broken pages, a link that goes nowhere, or a question about how the site works. All fine.
What not to expect
There is no newsletter and no mailing list, so you will not end up on one by writing in. I do not take guest posts, link exchanges or sponsored placements on this site, and messages offering them do not get a reply.
Elsewhere
Dad Joke HQ posts jokes on social as @dadjokehq. The site is the full collection; social is a few of them at a time.
